-Compact-easy system to use, versatile and multipurpose because it can also spray Aluminum, copper, Brass, bronze, stainless steel.
-carrellabile system with ability to work in the yard or outside.
-modest investment (Standard size € 23.000).
-low production costs: the same can spray sandblaster, Low energy consumption 10 kw/h, zinc consumption only when it works; differently from the galvanizing bath there is no Zinc immobilized in the tanks.
-Speed of execution of work (without waiting for the customer) and 40 a 60 m² / h of covered area with thicknesses of Zn 100 microns. Deposits up to 500 microns (no other system does better) ensuring periods longer than 50 years before the appearance of rust.
-No pollution because there are no volatile organic compounds (VOC) born acidified, sludge and wastewater to be disposed of, the overspray zinc powders are fully recyclable.
-No size limitation, no risk of hydrogen embrittlement or deformation of the parts to be treated.
-It stands out the friezes of the artefact.
-Ease of painting because the zinc coating is slightly porous and facilitates the anchorage.
The Zinc protection is twofold: in contact with the Zn environment slowly it turns into a dense coating, adherent, waterproof and continuous of insoluble zinc salts that form a protective pattern favoring the galvanic protection and healing able to restore the continuity of the coating in the damaged spots. Indeed Zinc ions migrate through the porosity of the coating to fill any cracks, becoming corrosion products of stable and insoluble Zinc.
